Shipping policy

We aim to make delivery information easy to understand before you place an order.

Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 24 hours after payment is approved on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days for eligible destinations

Delivery estimates begin after the carrier receives the package. Available services and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination.

Tracking

After your order has been handed to the carrier, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address before submitting your order. If you need to request a change, email us as soon as possible. Once a shipping label has been created, an address change may no longer be possible.

Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, and other events outside our control may affect delivery. If you need help with a shipment, contact us with your order number.
